The Position – Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be our future clients’ first point of contact with our business. You’ll be working closely with prospective customers to build quality relationships, pitch our services and acquire new business. A Sales Representative’s role is that of a trusted expert, answering clients’ questions, consulting them on the best services available to meet their goals and closing deals. Sales Representatives handle a complete funnel of prospects all at once and seamlessly keep all deals on schedule.

The Sales Representative communicates clearly, cares about the customers and is extremely well organized. Our sales team is hard working, diligent and always professional.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You enjoy working with others. In this role, you will work with customers, developers and salespeople.
  • You always put the customer first while getting the job done, and you have a strong background in sales.
  • You express yourself clearly and respectfully through email, over the phone and in person.
  • You enjoy completing your work on a computer. Our salespeople spend their entire day talking on the phone and keeping client notes.
  • You have experience selling over the phone and in person.
  • You are detail- and task-oriented and efficient. You can manage multiple goals simultaneously with close attention to detail while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • You can adapt! No sales campaign is ever perfect, but you’ve got the skills to navigate issues and ensure client satisfaction even when things don’t go as planned.

Daily duties include:

  • Call 50+ prospects per day
  • Conduct 3-5 sales webinars per day
  • Attend industry trade shows to develop leads and sign contracts with customers
  • Ensure all prospect information is well-documented and communicated internally, regularly monitoring project performance to ensure customers’ goals are being met
  • Communicate regularly with all client accounts via phone calls and emails
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads to help explain our services to prospective customers

Desired skills:

  • BA or BS degree with 1+ years sales experience
  • Formal sales training preferred
  • Highly skilled in nurturing customer relationships, business development experience a plus
  • Familiarity with web-based software as a service (SaaS), ecommerce or retail software experience preferred
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

We are looking for a self-starter to join our passionate team of Marketing Specialists. This person would be responsible for managing websites, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns. Also would be the point of contact for up to 60 small to medium sized businesses. We understand that our employees have commitments outside of work, we offer flexible schedules including a 4 day work week or shortened hours on Friday!

Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting a wide range of customer initiatives. Maintains effective customer service and sales skills in order to conform to service standards and measured goals. Works with a group of customers to provide personalized service through both inbound and outbound calls, email and other communication mediums. Within customer grouping, works to identify key decision makers in order to develop and maintain strategic business relationships. Works to meet company standards and offer customers a quality online experience through web, social media and email marketing services.

Bachelors Degree preferred, or Associate’s degree and combination of education and relevant experience.
Customer service experience a must.
