Job Description

At NMR, it’s our goal to create a fun workplace where hardworking people can thrive! NMR is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will have an opportunity to work on website management, social media and email marketing campaigns. This role is meant to support our Marketing Specialists, who works with small-to-medium sized businesses to manage their online presence.

We are looking for a self-starter to launch our beta program for the Marketing Support Specialist position. This person would be responsible for managing websites, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns. While this role will not be customer facing, you’ll be managing key aspects of a business’s online presence. We understand that our employees have commitments outside of work, we offer flexible schedules including a 4 day work week or shortened hours on Friday!

  • Responsible for supporting a wide range of customer initiatives:
  • Maintains effective communication skills with the Marketing Specialist to understand the needs of the clients / the tasks on hand.
  • Support the Marketing Specialist by managing and completing tasks/projects, data entry, posting social media content and developing email campaigns based on the clients needs.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently to provide quick turn around times on projects, which supports our customer service initiatives.
  • Works to meet company standards and offer customers a quality online experience through web, social media and email marketing services.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or Associate’s degree and combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Passion for working with people
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to “wear many hats”
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic computer competency
