The Onboarding Project Coordinator will be our clients’ key point of contact from the time they sign up until they are ready to go live, working closely with clients to build quality ecommerce websites and understanding key initiatives within the account. An Onboarding Project Coordinator’s role is that of a trusted advisor, answering clients’ questions, gathering product information and facilitating daily communication between clients and our internal team. Onboarding Project Coordinator’s handle multiple projects at once and seamlessly keep all tasks on schedule.
The Onboarding Project Coordinator provides exceptional customer service, communicates clearly and is extremely well organized. Through the efforts of the Onboarding Project Coordinator, Liquid provides clients with beautiful, functional websites that drive ecommerce sales for their retail business.
Bachelors Degree preferred, or Associate’s degree and combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred 1+ years project management or client service experience at a digital agency.
