Now you can receive messages from customers visiting your website but you also can connect various social media platforms to receive messages all in one place. Now this is more than just offering a great customer service tool to your website.

What’s more is that there is a ton of enhancements that you can build out in Shopify Inbox, so that you can help more customers in less time.
