You can install the Shopify Inbox app right to your Shopify account and you can also download the Inbox App to your phone so you can receive messages even when you’re on the go. Now you can receive messages from customers visiting your website but you also can connect various social media platforms to receive messages all in one place. Now this is more than just offering a great customer service tool to your website.
According to Shopify, 70 percent of the conversations taking place in Shopify Inbox are with customers looking to make a purchase decision.
What’s more is that there is a ton of enhancements that you can build out in Shopify Inbox, so that you can help more customers in less time.
The first is frequently asked questions. You can build out information so that customers can easily access details such as your return policy, delivery information and more. You can also add quick replies so that you can save responses and help customers even quicker.
