Here’s an easy way to make sure you have a great image online – tell satisfied customers to write a review about their experience and if they do, thank them! Once they write a review somewhere online, tell them to print it, bring that review in, and then give them 5% off their purchase that day. Promote this on Facebook, in print at the register, and on your website. Of course the discount or gesture is up to you but the results will be the same. Your business will have one more positive review on the web and you will have one more customer coming back for another purchase! It’s a win-win.
