Chances are it’s one of your top salespeople, or possibly management. They’re the best at remembering customer trends, purchases, likes & dislikes.   1. Consider that employee as a possible personality for your business on the web.
  2. Encourage that employee to produce a simple “Tip of the Week” on a specific day each week.
  3. Give them access to your facebook page & have them post their tip every week on the same day.
  4. Make sure that tip leads the customer back to your website for a special deal on the products related to every tip!
