Google My Business App Officially Replaced – Use Google Maps App Instead
To make edits to your GBP listing from mobile, download the Google Maps app to your phone. You can manage your GBP listings directly from there!

Hello, my name is Francesca. Thanks so much for joining me for another quick marketing tip. Recently I filmed a video showing you how to make edits to your Google Business Profile listing direct from search when working on a computer, but since filming that video Google has officially replaced the Google My Business app to make edits to your Google Business Profile listings.
From your phone go ahead and download the Google Maps app. This will allow you to make GBP edits from your phone.
Let’s take a look at how to do this from your phone. Head to the app store, once there search for Google Maps. If you haven’t already downloaded this app, go ahead and do so. If you have, simply hit open.
Once there, search for your business name. If you are a manager, or an owner of the GBP listing, you’ll see options to edit your profile. You can do all of the same things that you would have typically done on the Google My Business App, like edit hours, edit business information talk to, customers etc. You also can manage your GBP listing through Google search from your phone following the same process you would from a desktop.
