So, hashtags, are we still using them? In short, yes, hashtags continue to be a valuable tool in 2023. Using them won’t instantly solve your reach or engagement problems, but adding them does help get your content in front of your ideal audience. Hashtags help add context to your post so that Instagram or Facebook knows exactly what your content is about. The more Instagram or Facebook knows about your content, the better chance it has to deliver your content to the right people.
So how many hashtags should you be using? Instagram has officially said that at most you should be using three to five per post, so make sure the ones that you are using are relevant.
